Q: When is the expected delivery date?
A: The delivery date is expected to be third week of December (15/12/2009). However, it is very much depend on the courier company and our Custom & Excise Department. The shipment from China needs to be cleared by our Custom Department before the products to be sent to us.

Q: How to download the books (files) to the eReader?
A: The books or files can be directly downloaded to the SD card or internal storage through USB cable, or can be downloaded to the SD card through SD card reader. The first batch of eReader at MPH also comes with one (1) 2GB SD card free.

Q Can V5 model play music while reading?
A: Yes, it can play music while you are reading an eBook.(except audio eBook), but you need to make sure to turn on the music first, then open an ebook without turning off the music.

Q4. How long the battery last after charging? What type of battery the unit use?
A: It can support reading of 6000 pages; music playing for up to 10 hours after fully charged. The product adopts the general battery (Nokia Bl4c, Bl5c); user can buy it in any electronics shop. Battery fully charged need three (3) hours through charger, and six (6) hours through USB cable.

Q: How about Warranty?
A: Device warranty is provide by Tianjin Jinke Electronics System at China for 12 months, exclude the LCD screen. Spare and workmanship is free during warranty period..
MPH will assist to arrange the device to be sent to the manufacturer; however shipping costs are to be borne by eReader owner.

Q. How many languages it supports?
A: Major languages like English, Chinese, Japanese and Korea are supported except Arabic.

A: There are many copyright-free ebooks available in the internet. Customers need to search on the internet to download the e-books themselves, alternatively, they can purchased from online webstore like Amazon, MPHONLINE (near future) and Barnes & Noble.
