Malaysian Architecture Crisis Within

This book consists of a series of articles and papers written between 1997 and 2003 published in The Star, the New Strait Times and Majalah Arkitek and also presented at various seminars locally and overseas. The ideas presented bt the author in these articles and paper encapsulate his academic struggle as an acaenican for a more 'moralistic' vision by local architects. The author's espousal of function as the all encompassing criteria, including aesthetic, structural and physchological ones has led him being branded a theoretic architect by practising architects.
