No Rules Rules: Netflix and the Culture of Reinvention

Ideas are good but it’s a huge challenge to implement in ordinary or most of the companies because they are usually ordinary people in the company 😄

This book is easy to understand. Every new rules have consequences and how they tackle it. I like the combination of two authors where when Reed is explain about the rules and how Erin explain in term of culture. Supporting with the staffs story make me understand better the real situation. Read it with open heart!

A Good book into business culture, I don't think it's suited for Malaysia business.

First time ordered 12 books for my entire department. The ordering, fulfilment, delivery & packaging is beyond expectation.
