Great book

The book is a stand alone, and it was written long before the Eye of the World, so keep in mind that it is from a different time and place. The protagonist is a warrior of a nomadic culture. Sensitivities to our modern culture are not found in this time and place. The characters have depth and feeling to them. They make good choices, they make bad choices. They are heroic and they are flawed.

Warrior of the Altaii

This book had strategy and plenty of twists and turns. The
characters are good and solid ideas of fighting with great
descripton especially when fighting much larger
parties. I liked this book because the characters and
plots were wel thought out.

Entertaining

This book is an entertaining standalone fantasy that could have done with more character development and less flexing.

Very fun to read

This book is pretty amazingly written for an author’s first attempt at a novel. The characters are a bit bland, but the world building is pretty good, and the story is entertaining.
