A good book
A wonderful self help book written in plain and simple English. James Clear connects with the reader very well as most of what he has written will be very relatable with each reader. Moreover, he also explains various techniques on developing and sustaining a good habit and also gives tips on how to break bad habits. He also uses various diagrams and graphs which I found to be very useful. I do not want to reveal and of those interesting facts...Read it if you want to be more productive.
I'm sure it is a good book. Very inspiring and provide good tools and techniques to change your habits. I recommend to everyone in need of such tactics and in search of self-improvement. Just great practicability with real life example. Life changing habits for willing person to achieve like anything. Must read if you want improve yourself as a whole.
The key to being successful at whatever you do is to have good habits, but it is easier said than done. In this book, James Clear uses scientific studies to help the readers to form good habits, as well as using real life examples from inspiring people in real life.
