Gorgeous Author, Even More Gorgeous Book!!!

Sapna Anand's book is a beautifully crafted work of art, with recipes that actually WORK and taste fantastic. Usually Indian and Asian cooking require an inordinate amount of preparation, but she has managed to simplify the recipes without compromising the complex flavours associated with Indian cooking. Although she is a guest residing in Malaysia, we are so proud that she has chosen to publish this book here in Malaysia. Fabulous photography as well!!!! My personal favourite dish is the Achari Chicken Tart which I've made numerous times, and has always been a hit
