My opinion this book, the author’s brings his characters to life with great details. So much so, they feel like family. I will say though that the publication tend to be a little on the perfect side, but it works. Usually that kind of things bugs me, but not here. I am hooked in the first chapter and can't put it down, all the way back to title Kane and Abel. The author’s storytelling and dialogue is wonderfully entertaining.
Protagonist William Warwick a smart and sharp guy wanted to be a detective since his childhood days, but his father, Sir Julian Warwick's desire is something else. Simply, William goes against his father for his career. Detective William Warwick's journey starts.. Predominantly. The story bounded with his two big and interesting case. I totally enjoyed this book. The ending is mysteriously connected with second part of the series that can't wait for next book. It's masterpiece for sure.
The master storyteller is back. Number two in the William Warwick series and another brilliant, twisty, turny read.
Though this can be read as a stand-alone the plot of the first book is ever present, so definitely if you can read that first. Excellent villains new and old and the same great characters and the usual cliff hanger of an ending. While William’s personal life ends on a high his professional one could go one of three ways, not to mention where his major foe is. Really looking forward to the next instalment
