Malaysian-Inspired Desserts (MPH Masterclass Kitchens)

A former contestant in reality shows MasterChef Malaysia and The Apartment, Brian Chen, also affably known as Abang Brian, is now a certified chef from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School and owner of his own bakery, Happy Cakes. He is also the author of the cookbook Cooking with Kids and, his latest, Malaysian-inspired Desserts.

Though his years abroad and time in culinary school may have influenced his cooking, many of his creations contain distinctly Malaysian aspects. His repertoire of Malaysian-inspired sweets are no different, drawn from his childhood, travels and personal tastes.
