How to Create or Reactivate Your Account

Welcome to the new MPH Online store! Our new site is finally up and running to serve you better.


If you have created an account with us previously, please be informed that your old password is no longer valid due to system security updates. However, don’t worry! You can still access your account. Please follow the steps below to reactivate your account with a new password.

If you are looking to create a new account, please follow the steps below as well. Welcome to the family!

TO REACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT OR CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT

*Disclaimer notice: Please note that we would do our best to keep records of your orders made in year 2020. If you require records of your orders made prior to year 2020, please contact our Customer Service at 1-300-88-MPH(674), or email contact@mph.com.my for assistance.


1. Go to the top menu at our home page, and click on My Account.

 
2. On the Log in to My Account page, click on Create Your Account.

 

3. On the Create My Account page, please fill in all the necessary details. If you have created an account with us previously, please use the same email address which you have used to register your old account to retrieve your data.


 

4a. If your email address already exists in our server, you will be prompted with the following message "We have sent you a confirmation email. Please click the link included in the confirmation email to verify your email address".

Once done, please go to your email mailbox. You should receive an email from MPHOnline to reset your password. Kindly follow the instructions given in the email to reactivate your account.

 

4b. If your email address has not been registered before in our server, your account will be immediately activated.
