Francesca Thayer, owner of a struggling art gallery and a beautiful but crumbling old house, is forced to take in lodgers. Through the course of a year, she realises that her house has become a home, and her accidental tenants have become the most important people in her life. It's a year of laughter, hope and heartbreak.
