About the Author
Takako Y. Miyoshi has a degree in graphic design from Tokyo's prestigious Tama Art University. After working as a designer for a Tokyo-based retail chain, she became a freelance illustrator. Her artwork has graced UNICEF postcards as well as magazines, advertisements and TV shows. Her annual My Favorite Things solo exhibitions, have been successfully held in Japan for over 30 years.
