A Genocide in the Making?

Against the background of the poor track record of the international community in underestimating genocidal acts before their occurrence, it is necessary to examine the Turkish government's mounting crimes against the participants of a civic group, namely the Gèulen movement, also known as the Hizmet (service) movement, with the deliberate intention of destroying this social group, in whole or in part. This comprehensive book reasonably concludes that the acts committed by the Turkish government in an unprecedented persecution targeting one specific social group may be classified at the very least as crimes against humanity and could very well be the harbinger of what comes next in terms of a full-scale genocide to exterminate hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of innocent people--
