The description in front of the book really captured me. How the tech titans stay on top. In this book, the author interview some of the employees from different big company like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, just to name a few, to share with him the pro and cons to work at the big tech company. What they need to do to sustain a company. Different company with their own culture. Very well written and researched.
