Esperion is up against Tokyo Musashino Youths, the current top-ranked team of the Tokyo Metropolitan League. However, Ashito and his team will be going up against familiar faces, Kaneda and Nakano, who failed to make it to the Esperion team during the tryouts.  Between Ashito, who has lost his way, Tachibana, who has lost his confidence, and Togashi, who is in some unknown conflict with the promoted members… Can the problematic Esperion stand a chance?
