Applied Colloid and Surface Chemistry

The chemistry of surfaces and colloids is an important area, both in terms of research activity and undergraduate teaching. Most departments offer at least one course in this area. It is a subject that is vitally important to industry, ranging from the pharmaceutical industry through to food processing, water treatment plants and agriculture.
