Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeremiah Halstead arrives in the town of Silver Cloud where he, while escorting notorious outlaw John Hudson across the territory, goes up against Hudson's gang and a man who wants Hudson dead and will kill anyone who stands in his way--including Halstead.
