really loved this book. Just like all of Sarah J. Maas's other books, "Catwoman: Soulstealer" was such a page turner and I just couldn't put it down anymore. I have to say that I had very high expectations for this story, but they were definitely met and now I can't wait for the last part of this series.
This story starts out by showing Selina's horrible, young teen life and explain why it is so much harder than any other person's. The stories continues two years later when she return to Gotham City with a plan. That plan is kept under wraps by the author until well in the book. When the plan is finally revealed, I realize that everything Catwoman has done had a specific purpose. In the exciting conclusion, it all comes together and I am left grinning like an idiot.
Sarah J Maas once again blows it out of the park with this book. I couldn't put it down, every chapter leads us through the story perfectly with no boring stints or pointless stuffing but plenty of beautiful character development, amazing heist scenes and real relationship development between the characters. I've never loved Catwoman or Poison Ivy as much as I do now. I already loved Harley and Maas does her justice. Well worth a read for new or old fans alike.
This was a fantastic read for me. The characters were well-defined and well-developed.
