Chicken Soup for the Soul: Navigating Eldercare & Dementia : 101 Stories for Family Caregivers?

I bought the book in view of the possibility needing to know how to deal with taking care of elders with dementia, only to have the confirmation that my dad has Alzheimer 2 weeks later. This books showed me my mom and my personal roller coaster emotions and why my dad was behaving the way he is, are real emotions and part of accepting this fact. It will not be easy but the stories showed me that we have to find our way to deal with it and that love must still be shown to my dad regardless if he remembers our act of love or not.
