About the Authors

Matthew K. Manning is a comic book writer, historian, and fan. He's written for many comic book titles including Marvel Action: Avengers, Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures, Batman, and Teen Titans Go! Manning is also the author of over 75 books, including The Batman Vault for Running Press, The Art of Captain America and The Art of Thor for Marvel, and several series of children's books starring Superman, Flash and Batman for Stone Arch Books. Manning currently resides in Asheville, North Carolina,

John Sazaklis spent part of life working in a family coffee shop, the House of Donuts. The other part, he spent drawing and writing stories. He has illustrated Spider-Man books and written Batman books for HarperCollins. He has also created toys used in MAD Magazine.

 

About the Illustrator

Luciano Vecchio lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina. With experience in illustration, animation, and comics, his works have been published in the US, Spain, UK, France, and Argentina. His credits include Ben 10 (DC Comics), Cruel Thing (Norma), Unseen Tribe (Zuda Comics), Sentinels (Drumfish Productions), and several DC Super Heroes books for Stone Arch Books.
