About the Author
Dr. Megan Rossi is a Registered Dietitian with an award winning PhD in gut health. A leading Research Fellow at King's College London, Dr. Rossi is currently investigating nutrition-based therapies in gut health, including pre- & probiotics, dietary fibres, the low FODMAP diet and food additives as well as leading a gut health clinic on Harley Street. Most recently, Dr. Rossi has created a gut health menu range for Leon Restaurants and has appeared in Cosmopolitan Magazine as well as featuring as a guest on Deliciously Ella's hit podcast. Recognised as one of six new 'wellness stars' to watch in 2017 by Women's Health UK, The Gut Health Doctor is her first book.
