Seattle, WA, 2019. Laura Holban is a Romanian American immigration lawyer fighting to secure her client's asylum. Emilio Luis Ramirez Garcia has been in America for more than twenty years, flying under ICE's radar-until he is arrested in front of his sons at their high school after an anonymous tip was made about his undocumented status.
