It may be a small gap or a freaking enormous ravine, but that gap is, in fact, probably the primary cause of pain and unhappiness for most people. What if you said 'F**k It' to the idea of how your life should be and found peace with your life just as it is? That's going to shake things up and take the edge of your pain and discomfort way more than any pill could.
This book is fab. It's relatable and fun but gets the point across. It's worth re-reading when you're up against it. It will definitely stay on my shelf
I truly enjoyed this book. It’s not enough to just read the chapter. You must study what it is that he’s saying in order to apply it to your own life. Those that have surface level thinking will consider it “a book of memories with no depth”. Study the chapters and apply what he’s saying to a moment in your life. This book has helped me calm down and be more at peace with my life. I love it!
This book gives reader a new perspectives about life. This book talked about holding seemingly opposite but true ideas in our minds. It make me want to learn to live more in the present moment. A good book to motivate and calming your minds.
This book is fabulous. It's relatable and fun but gets the point across. It's worth reading when you're up against it.
this book helped a bit with realizing the things in life that I love...
And reasons why I need to be thankful for why i'm here, and why I can love so passionately, because of everything i've been through I am strong of because of it.
This book helped me say 'F**k It'. (
