Wake up, genius." So announces deranged fan Morris Bellamy to iconic author John Rothstein, who once created the famous character Jimmy Gold and hasn't released anything since. Morris is livid, not just because his favorite writer has stopped publishing, but because Jimmy Gold ended up as a sellout. Morris kills his idol and empties his safe of cash, but the real haul is a collection of notebooks containing John Rothstein's unpublished work...including at least one more Jimmy Gold novel. Morris hides everything away-the money and the manuscripts no one but Gold ever saw-before being locked up for another horrific crime. But upon Morris's release thirty-five years later, he's about to discover that teenager Pete Saubers has already found the stolen treasure-and no one but former police detective Bill Hodges, along with his trusted associates Holly Gibney and Jerome Robinson, stands in the way of his vengeance...

Great story

Stephen King Finders Keepers is a great book with two major plotlines and gives his readers a book you cant put down. The author gives his readers a drama, suspense, and a thriller of a story that shall stay in your head forever.

Ilove it

The Bill Hodges Trilogy has to be my favorite Stephen King series I’ve read so far because the villains in it are the most well-written villains in fiction I’ve seen. This villain in this book is Morris Bellamy, who is the male equivalent of Annie Wilkes from Misery. He’s also just as crazy and devoid of mercy as her. I can’t say this novel was anywhere near as intense as the first book, but it is still quite entertaining. I can’t wait to finish the last book!

Character development

The characters were mind blowing. That's King's ability, his characters. I preferred everybody of them. Indeed the father, since the the flashback chapters within the starting were incredible. Culminate way to construct energy. At that point after all the flashbacks, Lord given out chapter after chapter of tension.

Finders Keepers

The second volume on Detective William Hodges does not disappoint. It still carries the same thrill and suspense. The constant build of momentum is a factor which could make you finish this book in one read. The obsession Morris Bellamy carries towards John Rothstein's work is something to look forward to. But one thing Morris Bellamy is no Brady Hartsfield. Brady waking up is the one thing I'm looking forward to. Just waiting to read the third volume. Bellamy had his own flair when it came towards murder. The character development of Holly has been just superb. With her helping out Hodges, its given him a new something to live for. Stephen King is at his best with this crime thriller trilogy. Looking forward to read the next part...
