Toshiro’s impulsive behaviour leads to a dispute between the police and the Transflora Centre, with him getting furloughed as a result. Meanwhile, heated riots are incited by the Opposition Party, stirring hate and dissent towards the Transflora Centre and its system. Not able to forget his conversation with "Ivy", Toshiro makes his way to the slums together with Akira in an attempt to find out more about the "Parade". However, what greets them is a dark and horrendous truth. For what reason was "Ivy" created, and who is the mastermind behind this conspiracy?
