About the Author
Mark Wright is a TV presenter and fitness star. After a two year stint in LA interviewing A-Listers for US Show Extra, Mark returned to the UK to spend more time with his family becoming Heart FM’s new evening host. He recently played football professionally for Crawley Town FC.
During lockdown Hundreds of thousands followed his ‘TRAINWRIGHT’ workouts every morning – alongside quadruple Olympian Mo Farah, world heavy weight champion Tyson Fury, and TV star Amanda Holden – with such success that it became an online sensation, being broadcast around the world by the BBC on their social media channels. Mark’s workouts are now available on his Trainwright app.
