This is more of a nutrition guidebook that warns you about what’s better and what’s worse, and its effects on yourself.
I can only recommend reading this book, following the advice and if it doesn’t save your own life, at least you will make it better.
There are hundreds of good reasons to read this book. So, if you haven’t got this book yet, I highly recommend you do.
