This work argues that contemporary human rights schemes, especially the extreme and vocal branches, offer no convincing reasons for a Muslim to give up tenets of his faith to bend them to meet their demands. On the contrary, these schemes’ baseless claims should strengthen a Muslim’s conviction in Islam. Human Rights Advocates have a noble goal of bringing people the rights they deserve, but they are lost and confused, lacking a foundation for their claims. After examining the human rights paradigm, a Muslim should flee quickly and return to Allah, realizing that without the guidance of the Almighty, there is no hope for humanity. The core issue is not whether Islam is compatible with human rights; it is identifying the ultimate truth and way of life that a human should live. Human rights frameworks are inherently philosophical, touching on core human issues, yet they rely on unargued assumptions and enforce these dogmatically. Often, in their discourse, Truth is neglected. One can even go a step further than that. If one is truthfully interested in giving humans the rights that they deserve and need for life, then, according to Islamic beliefs, it is Islam that gives them all of those rights and prepares an entire society around, allowing them to take advantage of those rights in the most beneficial manner. Islam does not give humans rights that will eventually be harmful to themselves, but it does provide for them all that they need for a sound life.
