The obsessive behaviour of obstetrician oncologist Marcus Valentine was so authentically creepy, it kept me thoroughly engrossed. A character who is truly despicable always makes for a good read.

This psycho thriller novel quite give me a goosebumps. This is a story about the successful obstetrician, Marcus Valentine who had a wife and 3 small children. But something came up when one day he almost knock on female jogger which is seem resemble to her ex, Lynette. Georgie is an avid runner and on Marcus mind, she is not Georgie but Lynette instead. Marcus is completely obsesses with this woman and it threatens to destroy both his and her life. Really great book from Peter James.
