Good for leader

This book is very good considering our current global challenges; pandemic, economic turbulence etc. As a normal worker, I see a lot of my colleague having tough times dealings with a lot of issues especially in workplace. I hope whoever called leader read this book and please apply the teachings.

This book would actually be a great book for rising juniors or seniors in high school, athletes on up. Any individual that is hired for a position as a team lead should also read and understand the contents and how interactions between people can make people better leaders.
Anyway, it is a good book for leadership and I personally would recommend this book to my colleague.
