About the Author
Ten years ago Andy began studying well-being as he was materially successful but stressed out, overweight, unfit, unhealthy unmotivated and unhappy. Bewildered by his own lack of drive he began to study motivation. This lead to an open university degree and later a masters degree in positive psychology and coaching psychology. He also became a master practitioner of NLP (training with John Grinder) and a mindfulness awareness coach. Now in his final year of his Masters in Positive Psychology, his special area of research is motivation.
