About the Author
Prof. Peter Koh Soon Kwang is qualified to practise sports and commercial law in three common law jurisdictions: England, Singapore, and British Columbia, Canada. He is an accredited arbitrator with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and also serves on the Disciplinary Tribunal of World Athletics, as well as on the panel of Sports Resolution.
Since 2017, he has been teaching and delivering sports law courses at leading universities in India, including Maharashtra National University, and in the People’s Republic of China at institutions such as Renmin University in Beijing and Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou.Prof. Koh received his legal education and professional training in Singapore, at the London School of Economics, and at Harvard University.
