I saw this book by Martha Stewart (we all know her from TV for her cooking skills and household tips etc) - its bright cover caught my eyes immediately, and as I turned the pages, I thought to myself, "The kids can try doing some of these stuff!" - the book is thick (meaning there are tons of ideas inside there), there are pictures (of the materials and finished products - so we know how things should turn out) and easy to follow instructions (they should be, so kids can follow the guidelines).
