Interesting!

The worst nuclear disaster in history occurred on April 1986 due to explosion at Reactor 4 of the Chernobyl Atomic Energy Station in Chernobyl, Ukraine (then the USSR) which released unbelievable amounts of radiation into the atmosphere.
No one suspected that there would be serious problems even though the test had never been successfully demonstrated at Chernobyl.
In short, it shows what happens when lies and cover-ups are preferred to admitting failure or even just a lack of knowledge or understanding.
I think this is an extremely well written account of what happened in Chernobyl, with the complexity it requires
