Things aren't as they appear on Keenan has temporarily moved to Centerlight Island, where half the island is Canadian and the other half are Americans. He recovering for illness and he meets on of the Canadian residents, Zarabeth aka ZeeBee. Zeebee loves share the history of the island, which was a hotspot of gangster hideouts during Prohibition.
