The second edition of Communicative English 2 is the second book in a series of three titles, which is tailored for all polytechnic students in Malaysia.          

This book emphasises the language and communication skills needed to describe products, services, processes and procedures. It touches on the skills of giving and responding to instructions. It also guides students on how to make and reply to enquiries, as well as making and replying to complaints. It comprises four refined and updated chapters—Products and Services; Processes, Procedures and Instructions; Enquiries; and Complaints. An updated CD script and a complementary audio CD are also provided for the listening practices.
