About the Author
Florence Stanton has a background in PR and Marketing, but during the lockdown she ended up in Aberdeen, Scotland and started her own online baking social media account. It celebrates self-love through good food and good vibes with zero mention of calories. It showcases easy, approachable and delicious bakes, both sweet and savoury, that show you don’t need fancy training, a huge kitchen or every tool to create truly wonderful food. The blog came from a place of having a bad relationship with food, and turning to the kitchen to heal. It was through fun baking and cooking that Florence could repair this relationship and in turn, become a much happier person. Florence moved to Houston, Texas in 2023.
