In navigating the case, Inspector Mislan Latif and Detective Sergeant Johan Kamaruddin of Special Investigations (D9) face an unprecedented hurdle: the imposition of the nationwide Movement Control Order (MCO). Pursuing their leads in spite of these new restrictions, the investigators come into contact with members of the underworld and the refugee community, before realizing that the real culprits might be closer than they think…
Penceritaan penulis detail. 👍🏻

This is my first time reading Rozlan Mohd Noor's book and i'm extremely satisfied with the narratives and plots. The up-to-date storylines about Covid-19 is good enough to portray the reality of our current conditions. Even towards the end of the book i still cannot figure out who's the villain and what is his motives, which shows how good the story was. Im not a fan of crime thriller fiction but this one is exceptional. I picked up this one which is recommended by my friend and yes i love it! If you're a fan of local crime-thriller book, you shouldn't miss reading this one.
This book is about a double murder story in the midst of pandemic Covid-19. To make things more puzzling, a stash of drugs was left untouched between the corpses which murdered in an execution-style. And here it comes Inspector Mislan who takes center stage of course, in investigating the case.
Overall, I did enjoy reading this book as the ending is quite a surprise.
