This is a great self-reflection, self awareness and calming journal/work book. Just taking the time to read through some of the pages was great. I’d recommend this to everyone just to have when you need it. You can jump around to any page you want, and every activity has you really thinking. I definitely recommend.

This is more of a journal than a book, though it has some great quotes. I loved it so much!
