Primer and Punishment

Whitney Whitaker and her cousin Buck are working to rehab an old houseboat called the Skinny Dipper, but when their neighbor's boat in the adjacent slip is blown to bits, sending him to a watery grave, the cousins dive into the murder investigation of this man who left many angry ex-wives and enemies in his wake.
