Rethinking the Inka

A presentation of long-term and new research on Qollasuyu by leading scholars from South America and the United States. Previously, English-language texts have focused on the area that is now part of Peru, but the majority of recent research on the Inkahas been produced by scholars working in Qollasuyu, the largest of the four quarters of the empire, which extended from the Inka capital of Cuzco into what is now Bolivia, northwestern Argentina, and Chile.
