This book is a collection of reflections and empowering letters from a sister journeying through life in seeking courage, authenticity, and purpose to reconnect and transcend towards truth and faith in gaining wisdom and knowing that wisdom lies in the souls of humans regardless of age and condition, as everyone deserves the richness of wisdom. Gaining wisdom is not about age but about the will to experience life with an awakened soul, an open heart, and a critical mind. It is to have good judgements and be based on sincerity, and continuously learning about compassion, experiential self-knowledge, self-transcendence, non-attachment, and virtues of ethics and benevolence are the ways to reach wisdom. People can be educated and religious. But to possess integrity, morality, empathy, compassion, intellect, and maturity that contribute to wisdom is what describes the true essence of humans.
