About the Author:
Douglas Bullis is a writer fascinated by Asian culture. He has written many books on Buddhist history, Sri Lankan culture, and Asian business. Bullis currently lives in India and is writing about contemporary Indian artists and their culture.
Wendy Hutton (1940-2018) worked in Asia as a writer and editor for many years, specializing in travel and cuisine. She was particularly interested in the cuisines of South and Southeast Asia and published many books on the foods of Singapore, Thailand, and Bali, including Southeast Asia's Best Recipes.
Luca Invernizzi Tettoni (1949-2013) was a photographer who lived and worked in Asia for four decades. He specialized in books on aspects of Asian art, culture, history, and nature, and is well-known for his photographs in books like Thai Style, The Tropical House and Decorating with Flowers.
