The 4 Disciplines of Execution: Revised and Updated : Achieving Your Wildly Important Goals

This book is about execution. Getting things done. It contains a paradigm, mental frame of reference that appears to be most ideal for getting things done. It is chalked full of insights on the topics of being overwhelmed, goal setting, measuring efforts(lead and lag meaures, goal tracking), etc. Although the book is written to a business audience, it definately has application to personal life.Highly recommended.
