He started his career at Intel University, Intel, and spent over 20 years in the field of Human Resources and Talent Management in very senior positions in large MNC companies specializing in the areas of Training, Business Partnering, Recruitment, Organization Development, Industrial Relations, and Talent Management.
He speaks at large international forums and radio talk shows, on what the best HR practices are, and facilitates leadership development programs for his MNC, SME & GLC clients across Asia. He is also the founder of Muse Consultancy Asia, which provides boutique HR, Industrial Relations, and Talent solutions.
He co-authored the book Human Resource Management for Practitioners by CLJ Publishing and authored The Corporate Crap by Partridge, a Penguin Publishing Company.
