Move over McDonald's and Ramly Burgers! The in-thing nowadays are Gourmet or DIY burgers. With plentiful of choices out there, but at escalating price; I think I will try to make some of my own burgers. This book looks as "ka-pow"-ish as the cover portrays it to be - besides the usual "Classics", there are adventurous types with ingredients we may never really think about putting into our burgers. Some burgers to consider making are "Bean Burgers" (pg 42), "Blue Cheese & Apple Burgers" (pg 76), "Mexican Turkey Burgers" (pg 134) and "Bento Burgers" (pg 138). Just going through all those coloured pages of burgers, is making me h-u-n-g-r-y !!! Let's get cooking!!
