Jasper and Scruff's new diner, Paws Cafâe, is a big success! The place is packed--until Lady Catterly opens her own place, the Sophisticafâe, right across the street. Determined not to be outdone, Jasper creates a fancy new menu, hoping to impress famous food critic Gaspard le Skunk.
