this book has tons of excellent advice. John C. Maxwell does not give tons of fluff or tell long stories he takes short lessons to explain his principles. One thing I really liked about this book is that gives you actionable advice that you can not only do in your daily life but also see in others. I will implement many of his strategies in hopes to enhance the people around me. Go and read! This book changes your outlook on people and your responsibility too them.
