This book is one of Mitch Albom finest works. Those who follow him will surely understood on how Albom cleverly incorporate the subject of death into most of his writing; sound sorrow yet so inspirational. The book follows a story of lonely old Eddie that works as a maintainence at a amusement park. He seems to be despair and devastated with his life. Until one day, he was died upon rescuing a little girl on a broken Ferris wheel. Instead of going directly to heaven, he was sent to another realm where he met 5 different person. These 5 person is going to reveal secrets that will answers a lot of incidents that had haunting his gloomy life. Highly recommended!

This is well written, and as a whole is an inspiring and personal idea between death and the hereafter.
It’s about the life and death of a war veteran man named Eddie who dies in a terrible accident and is sent to heaven, where he meets five people who had a big impact on him while he was still alive.
These people may be loved ones or distant strangers. But each has changed his way of life forever.
This book really makes you think about the meaning of life and how each person you meet has an impact on you. The story had many quotes I liked and I agreed with them all.
This book is well-written by Mitch Albom with a handful of good quotes and messages. Strongly recommend to read this book.
