Jane Twin heroes are Myles a rather arrogant intellectual and his delightful messy brother Beckett. This is the first of a new series and it will be interesting to see how the relationship between Myles and Beckett develops and the potential of Lazuli with her newly acquired magic powers. There was lots of magic, villains and various locals throughout the book. Lord Bleeham-Dry was hilariously evil. He was a great match for the twins and their new friends. The plot didn't have a lot of direction but it kept a good pace throughout.
