Negotiation is not an argument.
It might seem like a daunting word, but to negotiate is simply to interact and engage with the world around you. Whether it’s for sales, personal reasons (negotiating a pay rise) or in political and corporate environments, in this book Patrick Forsyth has condensed his many years of experience to outline the fundamental principles of getting what you want.
About the Author
Patrick Forsyth has many years’ experience working as a business consultant and trainer, specialising in communications. His writing goes beyond the business area, including a humorous book (Empty When Half Full), three books of light-hearted travel writing (including Beguiling Burma) all set in Southeast Asia, and three novels (the most recent being A Rather Curious Crime). He has written previously about negotiation, and here explains the process and shows how to go about it in this new, unique format.
